REFUND POLICY
We value your satisfaction above all else. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. However, if you experience any issues with a service within 2-3 days, we'll gladly redo the service (repair) at no additional cost. Your happiness is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied, kindly inform us during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been completed. We're dedicated to making necessary adjustments if any mistakes were made on our end.
Please ensure that payment is made on the same day as the service (unless it is a long-term service requiring advance payment) – no exceptions.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. For same-day bookings, please inform us at least 3 hours prior. No-shows on the day of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% (deposit) for specific treatments (e.g., Ybera [Terra Coco, Fashion Stylist, Black Diva, Genoma, Botulinica, Discovery], Balayage, Full Highlights, Hair Extensions) – no exceptions.
